Nasstar Channel Drives Continuous Improvement with Partner Portal Updates.

Nasstar Channel is pleased to announce a number of key improvements to the Partner Portal, building upon our vision to remove complexities and keep things simple for you and your customers.  

Here’s what you can expect... 

Regrades to SoGEA & FTTP 

We’ve simplified how you place new orders and cancel old services, meaning you can now regrade to SoGEA and FTTP via the Portal. You can retain your existing credentials, including usernames and IP addresses, while preventing the need for new orders to be made. This means a greater continuity of service and a much easier regrade process.  

Order Tracking 

We’ve added an ‘additional notes’ section to ‘Orders’ in the Portal so you can access more detailed order information. This could include the order’s current status, delay information, or other relevant notes. With this update, self-serve is easier and more efficient too. 

Billing Portal 

We’ve made some changes to billing, enabling you to download information in seconds, not minutes. We’ve added more information to those invoices too, so you can view additional details about circuit and service references, helping you better understand your billing. 

DIA Quoting 

Our DIA quoting tool has been vastly improved so you can obtain quotes from multiple providers. The tool now provides quotes from four different carriers so you can choose either the lowest cost or your preferred provider. It will also provide the best broadband service for failover circuits (if required). 

You can also select multiple bearer, bandwidth, and contract term options at one time, which was not previously available. These simplifications ensure you can provide quotes to your end users 24 hours a day. 

The Partner Portal 

While these new improvements are designed to make your life easier, don’t forget about the existing benefits of the Portal: 

  • Access and manage your estate 24/7 from almost any device 
  • Gain connection insights and proactively manage customers 
  • Full visibility of in-flight and 30-day past orders 
  • Easily view, sort, and analyse orders 
  • Manage fault tickets in a single view
