New Partner Portal Functionality.
Today sees the launch of some exciting new functionality on the Nasstar Channel Partner Portal.
The improvements offer enhanced visibility for partners on their entire estate, providing a summary of key areas including Connections, Orders, Services, and Faults.
This functionality is accessible on the portal homepage via a system of tabs, making it easy for users to navigate, and providing an intuitive user experience.
A google maps function has been added to provide straightforward visibility of a partner’s network of connections, with the ability to filter by customer name or account number, plus, all data can be exported to a csv. file.
Our powerful portal has been built specifically with our partners in mind and continues to evolve and develop; making it easier for you to manage your accounts and services with us, place orders and view your connections. All in one place.
This phase of improvement is the first in several deliverables in the roadmap to enhance the partner portal and reflects the continued investment the Nasstar Group is making in the Channel division.
